My story starts in March 1993.
I decided to get my first cat as an adult owner when I went to pick him or
her up. I spotted two kitties a sister and a brother. I couldn't
bare to separate them so I brought them both home. We bonded quickly.
I named them Buddy and Sissy. Sissy loved to ride in the car and lay
on my chest while watching TV. As for Buddy he is a loner, he will
come to you on his terms.
In August I adopted Jossy and Randi
after a friend passed away suddenly. I knew it would be a big
responsibility, but it was something I had to do. Jossy a petite
beautiful gray cat was shy. Randi a lover boy after your heart,
his stoled mine right away. They all instantly bonded. Laying
together grooming each other and playing for hours. Suddenly in
September baby Sissy died, the vets tried everything possible. It was
very sad. She was very special!
I started making cat trees in 1999
when my cat Jossy started showing signs of cancer. I made not one but
three trees and put in a cat walk. I wanted her to have a quiet, safe
place to go and lay. It turned out great they loved it! I
thought if I made more and tried to sell them I could raise enough money to
help her out. Things seemed to be going well. But it was to late
for Jossy. She passed away in July of 2001. In March of 2003, my
big guy Randi, also lost his battle with cancer. I miss him very
much! He was my lover boy. In May 2003 I met a beautiful long
haired gray kitty. He immediately bonded with my dog Bailey and me.
I knew I had to take him home. I now have Jetes to keep Buddy, Bailey
and myself on our toes.
I dedicate my business to Jossy and
Randi's memory, thank you Andrea, and Buddy and Jetes who is my new cat tree
tester!!
